I had the privilege working with Calvin who was extremely knowledgeable and the overall experience was really wonderful. I felt like family and respected as a young working woman trying to make the best of her week by upgrading vehicles. My appraisal for my trade in was generous and all of my fussy little requests were greeted with enthusiasm. My husband and I were shopping around the area for a newer vehicle and stopped by Jim Riehl's to take a look. Calvin was so helpful when it came to questions about what vehicle we wanted. He was also patient with our changing work schedule and kept an open line of communication which helped in the process of buying a vehicle.nnCalvin was honest with us and told us what he thought would be better suited for our needs, instead of trying to sell us a bigger and more expensive vehicle based on what we told him we were looking for. We test drove a 2020 Jeep and liked it, but Calvin found us another vehicle to try out, same model - same year, with a few more features for a better price. We liked the second vehicle even better!nnI will always suggest this place before all others to anyone looking for a car and will always pass Calvin's name along with it. I am so happy with the service here and the vehicle I got!

My husband and I just purchased a 2017 ram 1500...first and foremost..it is CLEAN inside and out! This is the first time I've ever been to a used car lot and ALL the cars looked like new! Now as for the salesman Calvin Nurmikko...he was AMAZING! He was very personable. We love that he wasn't pushy, he didn't make us feel overwhelmed AND he was willing to go the extra mile to ensure we got the financing we needed. This is the first time i've ever been to a car dealership where everyone was nice...and although the drive was an hour away...we will be taking that drive for now on...any vehicle we get from here on out will ABSOLUTELY be through them...Thanks again Calvin-Stone-Cold-Steve-Austin! (I couldn't resist...)

If you ever need a new or used vehicle come here this place was the most amazing experience I’ve have ever had with a dealership, I came in with some low credit and they still got me into the car I wanted with an amazing deal. It all thanks to Calvin nurmikko if you ever need a car go to him he will hook you up and treat you like a family. I’ll definitely be coming back and telling all my friends and family to go to him.
