Best interaction leasing vehicles I have ever had. Start to finish, it’s seamless. Antonio and Alfonso are pro’s. They got me out of my lease 14 months early, bought my truck so I didn’t take a loss or rollover money and got me into a better truck for the same payment. ( my insurance went down, bonus!) I will say that this is not my first dealing with Antonio and Elder Ford. I have now leased 4 trucks, an Explorer, an Escape and 2 fusions for myself and my wife over the years and it’s been top notch each time. I tell Antonio and Alfonso what I want in the vehicle and they get it done exactly how I want and need. Great communication. I still test them over the years with quotes from other dealers, and they match or, in this last case, beat the price of the other quotes. I am not a patient client/customer either. One look at their text messages will prove that. Go annoy them like I do. You’ll be glad you did. You’ll understand why I drive 60+ miles one way to work with them.

If you’re in need of a new Ford or any car for that matter, check this place out. I bought my new Explorer ST from Alfonso and he was great. The whole family there really treats you like you’re part of the family and gives you the best deal around. You know you’ve had a great dealership experience when you actually enjoyed being there. Stop in and see why they are the best Ford store around!

Alfonso, our sales representative, was very knowledgeable and patient. He was able to explain all the features available to us and the benefits of each. He helped us decide what was best for our needs and find us the perfect truck that appealed to both of us. The rest of the crew at Elder Ford are friendly and helpful. We highly recommend going to them to buy the perfect Ford.

Don't listen to the negative reviewers if your a Ford customer take your business to Elder Ford of Romeo they treat you like family!! Great service!! Took my out of state Ford there and they were fast and very clean. They had my car cleaned for me as well. My car came back spotless and cleaner then the day I bought my car. Highly recommend this dealership their team is amazing!!! Keep up the great work.

Alfonso Vultaggio was Awesome at finding us the Escape we wanted. He went into detail on showing us everything it had on it and how to use it. We love the new color green he showed us and leased that one. Antonio is a Great manager of that dealership. Very family friendly. We will definitely be going there from now on.
