Worst service. Waiting on hold for 24.5 minutes and the system transferred me then disconnected the call. Always have so many issues!

Very poor service. They never respond to call and Emails. The hold is infinitive. No one appear on the phone any time you call. Even they don’t reply to the email. It’s annoying and frustrating.

Horrible experience with this branch. While in the loan process, they would only communicate via email and it took several days of going back and forth of questions that could have been cleared up in 1 phone call. Every time I called, I would only get voicemail and I never received ONE call back. When I was told my loan was approved and to set up an appointment to go sign the documents, I emailed back with a day that would work best for me and I never received a response. I eventually just drove to the branch. I was seen and thought everything would be fine but there was a problem with the title so I MADE AN APPOINTMENT and watched her write in on her desk calendar for the following week. Left early from work for my appointment and apparently Mary Kay was not even in the office (which is fine however it would've been nice to know). What I was told would be 10 minutes, turned in 35 because none of the paperwork had been completed. I'm so thankful the person in Mary Kay's place was so helpful. However it's been 4 weeks since I originally opened my account and I still haven't received my debit card. The whole process was just awful and extremely stressful.nn1/23/18 Update: Still the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with and actually getting worse. It has been almost 3 months since I have opened my account and I STILL have not been sent a PIN. Called two weeks ago and still, nothing.

Helpful...less services charges.

The ATM at the Van Dyke location in Selby Township is broken 50% of the time. Also, when calling for assistance with a lost/stolen card, it took this credit union over 20 minutes to answer the phone.
