I can’t say enough about this branch and Marcus Robinson. I had some fraud issues and needed answers and help ASAP. I walked into the bank and was greeted right away. Marcus grabbed me in between his appts and helped me with a smile taking care of my questions and issues quickly and sending me on my way quickly. I would recommend Marcus and this branch to anyone in the area. Always a pleasure visiting this branch! Everyone is polite and courteous. Times are challenging and everyone here handles themselves with class. Thank you Marcus and Chase.

I have always had good service at this location. Not only do they greet you when you come in, they are always very professional and they provide fast service. They offer financial advice and they explain everything in detail. My favorite location!

Consistently have issues with this branch. Only some of the tellers are helpful and that’s only when they recognize my name from work. Hassle every time I go there. Will be cancelling our account and heading the Huntington in the same plaza.

***Bad-Bad-Bad Service--- I've been with chase since 2010 and in all the years I've never experienced such bad service from the teller and manager, I've read all the reviews and I'm not the only one saying this but really stay away from this branch. Do to the Covid-19 many branches have closed their lobby which I can understand under the circumstances, but don't make excuses to not allowing account holders to withdraw money from their accounts, saying that due to fraud I need to find a branch with an open lobby to be able to swipe my ATM card in order to to make a withdrawal, that's hogwash. I found a branch on Van Dyke north of M59 that told me that I can use the drive through to make a withdrawal with no problem. I'm writing to corporate to let them know how I was treated at this branch, they wasted 30 minutes of my time. ---nEveryone please be safe and stay healthy.
