Worst branch ever! Went to deposit CASH and they wouldn’t take my cash because I didn’t have the account number. She refused to look it up. I will looking for a new bank that would like to take my cash.
I love this bank! The staff has that rare balance between being professional and personable. Very customer oriented!
Great place for banking. Professional and customer focused. They assisted me with my new accounts and getting my debit card for my LLC. highly recommend them for banking needs.
Good service if you can get them to answer their phones, but weak bank. Would not recommend as a primary bank account
Bad customer service at teller desk at Huntington Bank at 30 mile road in Washington, MI (right across street from Kroget). She said two pieces of ID. I kept showing so many pieces and all she would say is no, no, no. That does not make sense to me if i showed my drivers license and other credit cards, and other cards with photo on it! She even rolled her eyes at me with a sarcastic, I am truly sorry!! I just moved out here, and needed a closer bank. I will not be banking here. Very disappointed!!
