I deal with several banks, and this is one of the friendliest branches with which I have dealt. Renee was particularly helpful. I am making them my primary bank because of the staff as well as the service they provide at this branch. Thank you, Romeo branch staff!

I thought this was a good bank this is not the case. The blank close my account and took my money gave no notice. The told me it was sent back to S.S. that was not true S. S. never received it this all happened 12/01/17 Now I have no possible way to pay rent and utilities. I wouldn't recommend this bank.

Very disappointed. We opened a PLC w/ them and the local branch NEVER ordered any of the checks/ cards in order for us to access. I had to call the main office to do this myself. Then because of the lack of competency I went up there and closed the account... signed a letter and all. The local branch NEVER turned in the letter to close the account! I did not find out until I pulled a credit report. How is this even legal? Thanks for messing with my credit! NEVER do business w/ them again! STAY AWAY incompetent and failure to follow thru! Would give 0 stars if I couldnnUPDATE- So they owed me money.. I deposited the check into my account and then they canceled the check causing me to incur charges! Then reissued the check... stating that I asked them to cut a new check. REALLY Is this just so you can cause me some hassle?nNot to mention I had been receiving 0 calls from mortgage companies and then all of a sudden close my account and then start receiving 4 to 5 calls per day and numerous emails.... Thank You for selling my information.nnDO NOT DUE ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
