I am very very Happy with my storage unit in Roseville on 12 Mile Clean & New Katie was very helpful & friendly. I 1st went to the one on Groesbeck & Donna helped me there but they didn't have the Climate control units and she was kind enough to call & Katie and sent me over to there sister company. Katie is super helpful and easy to work with especially able to answer any all questions. The facility is clean and well maintained. The units are large and a great value. I highly recommend Katie abnand I Storage 12 mile in Roseville.
The person at the 12 mile storage facility was very helpful in helping us pick the right unit for our needs. I wish i could remember her name but she took the time to show us several units and the price difference for each one. The unit was clean, dry and lighted well. We like that its a gated storage facility. The price is reasonable for what we wanted. Thank you iStorage.
Love this storage company. Monthly rate is a bit more than other places, however the grounds are very secure.
