A huge thank you to June and Tabitha from Public Storage for helping me resolve an issue with accessing my online account. If I could rate them individually, it would be 5 stars.nnPrior to getting in touch with those two, I had been attempting to resolve the issue with customer service through any avenue I could think of for over 3 weeks. I spoke with several customer service reps who were unable to help me and kept referring me to dead ends. It was incredibly frustrating. Once I finally heard back from the District Manager, she referred me to Tabitha and June and they were able to solve the problem in a matter of hours and provide me with a monetary credit to my account for the trouble I went through. The two of them were very helpful, responsive and understanding, its just a shame it took so long for me to be connected with them in the first place.nnFor this Warren location specifically, it can be a challenge to get in touch with someone at the office. I have never called the office and had someone actually answer the phone, I always have to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back.

I wasn't able to move in. They rented me a storage with a key lock that wasn't going in. Guy said well unfortunately they may have to replace door lock and couldn't give me a time frame when it could be fixed. I asked for a different unit and they didn't have one. They took 211.19 just to move in and i couldn't move in. I asked for a refund still waiting. Then says they are keeping 24.00 for move in. For real?? I DIDN'T MOVE IN. They know how to take money but don't want to give back whsn it was their issue not mine. I needed a rental a.s.a.p not 1 to 2 weeks to fix a lock and will be charged. Very disappointed with this place. I BETTER GET MY MONEY BACK. I had to go somewhere else to get a move in storage space. I give this place 0 stars if i could ×update× a week later still have not received a refund. Place is a joke!
