I started using istorage a few months ago and I never got a chance to drop a review about the Cool, Funny, Nice and helpful employee (Danni). I had searched around a few places for hours this day before I called the 10 mile location to get answered by a very pleasant voice,. When a friend and I got to the location, I was greeted by that pleasant voice, and I must say that she was Sooooooooo nice, I was having a bad day might I add! but by the time she signed me up, I was all smiles, this is the type of customer service NEEDED EVERYWHERE! I used to be a Area manager for Hollywood Video and Manager for Family Dollar and I would have hired Danni for sure! I thank you Danni, and I thank you also Manager (Sharon) for being understanding and Nice also. keep up the Great Customer Service! Mr Charles

I have been working with Sharon at this iStorage location for almost a year. She makes the process seamless when setting up your storage account, and is always available to help with any questions you may have. Part of why I chose this facility to house my vehicle was due to her professionalism, warmth, and knowledge. The facility itself is also very secure, clean, and keeps your item/items protected in the Michigan elements. I could not recommend them enough!

Sharon is a rock star when it comes to customer service. I went in to sign papers and had a great conversation with her. She couldn't have been more helpful. Answered all my questions and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The location is easy to find. Right off of 10 mile just east of Sherwood. I would highly recommend them for your storage needs. If I had a business and needed a manager. If I couldn't hire Sharon I would definitely want her training someone for me.

Had great service from Sharon, it’s a clean and spacious facility, and they have really good rates , we loved this location we just needed a bigger unit and none was available, other than that I would definitely come here in the future when a bigger space opens up. Thanks again
