I got a free frosty drink with the phone app. When I made the drink, I accidently overfilled the cup and it was coming out the top. I was embarrassed that I was making a mess. The employee put me at ease. Her kindness is so appreciated. She come to help me with a smile on her face and a rag in hand. This is exactly what customer service is supposed to look like. Thank you!! She made my day so much better before it could get worse.nAs wonderful as that experience was, tonight it was horrible. The man behind the counter didn't so much as say thank you.. not one word. I thought I was going to need to offer a bribe just to get my total of what I owed. The app on the phone is spotty. I won a free drink, but because your app wouldn't load, I had too pay for it. Tonight's visit was very disappointing.
Fast in and out. Marks on floor to let you know where 6 feet social distance is. Friendly and extremely helpful employees. Wish they had TP, but that is everywhere i don't hold anything against them for not having it because they have a lot of chocolate when i crave it in the middle of the night.
