As a high school student I used to work out at school all the time. Due to covid, however, the weight room was closed and I had no where to work out at. I decided to check out golds gym because I heard good things from them and wanted a great place to get gains at. I’m not going to lie I was a little nervous at first because I had never gotten a membership at a gym before and I didn’t know what to expect. Golds gym welcomed me and the staff did a great job explaining and showing everything about their gym. So far I’ve been working out there for pry 5 months and I do not regret it at all. The people that I have become friends with are amazing and my mental health improved tremendously. The workout machines are in great shape and nothing is really ever broken/down. Everyone is very friendly and if you ever need help/advice people are always there for you. Thank you Golds!!!

Absolutely love my golds gym. 24/7/365. Amazing place to work out and feel great about yourself. Basic no frills location. No hype and hoopla needed. Just weights, machines and always good music. Owner is extremely interactive and personable. You don’t get that at the franchise places. He’s a cool guy that likes to have a cool atmosphere. Now let me mention one amenity, Chef Bobby....... holy hell. Delicious. Meal prep made easy. Tried my first meal today and worth every penny absolutely delicious. Will be buying more !!

Great gym, with state of the art equipment. This place is new with excellent weight lifting and cardio equipment. Both bathrooms have a sauna and the amenities are very clean.

This is one of the best gyms I have been to. The equipment is fantastic, great place for all aspects of fitness. From weight lighting, cardio, boxing they have it. The entire staff is terrific and friendly. The owner Don is as good as they get, he is genuine and cares for all his members and staff. I know myself and others appreciate his courage making the decision to open to help people with there overall health, well being and passion during this time. The place is always clean at all times, we are lucky to have such a great gym to go to, so we can do what we love and stay healthy.

This gym is a solid gym it has all the equipment you need regardless of fitness level. The owner takes great pride and care in maintaining the gym. Heck I went in today and noticed two new machines. This gym takes you to the next level Love it......
