This year, I got Louis Teceno, and he was Fantastic! The customer service and knowledge he provided was AWESOME! I was very pleased with the service! This is WHY I continue to come back to FLAME! They have taken care of my family and I for over 30 years! They THE BEST! You cannot go wrong with them. Their employees are great and the service is A-1!

I have used Flame to replace my water heater. The experience was excellent !!!. The technician ,Jack, was polite and professional. He made sure to keep my house clean and he answered all my questions thoroughly.nnAgain, Flame heating proves it is the best. I had another great experience with them and this time it is a plumbing issue. Rob was my technician!! He is polite , professional and honest! Above all that, their prices are reasonable! Thanks

We had some gas leaks that required repair to the pipes. The master plumber came out and checked everything and fixed everything very professionally. We had to wait for Con En to come back out to turn the gas on and you never know when they will show up, but the plumber waited and it got resolved. Can finally move back into our house again! FLAME was recommended from a friend and it did not disappoint. Would highly recommend.

Had a new Bryant ac/furnace installed last week. Great crew..on time...good value and financing....really a great job..highly recommend. Courteous..explained everything well. Salesman Troy did an awesome job going through every detail with us. Very satisfied with my nice cool ac going right now.

Tim came out today to perform our annual A/C inspection and maintenance. He called to let us know that he was on his way. As usual, he was courteous and respectful of our property. He is clearly skilled at his job and he explained his procedures as he went. When he was finished, he emailed a receipt and his inspection report. Given the current pandemic, he remained masked at all times. This was a “no-contact” visit. Flame installed our HVAC system 10 years ago and we have had a maintenance contract with them since then. We have been very pleased with them and recommend Flame without reservation.
