Shopping is good. The pharmacy, not so much. Ridiculous they can't answer phones. I seen that in person! They screw your refills up by playing paperwork and trying to tell you, you are wrong. Joke. Need new Pharmacy staff. ASAP.

The worst pharmacy in the area. They never seem to be stocked. If you put in a prescription don’t expect it to be ready for literal hours. They claim to be under staffed but out of the 7 people back there I wonder how that can be. They are constantly putting my the wrong medication in my bag and pushing me to pay for something I am not prescribed. Go anywhere else if you don’t want a hassle.

i came into this cvs after getting some belated holiday money. the cashier who ended up checking me out greeted me and asked if i needed help finding anything, and even got me a basket which was appreciated. when i finished getting the things i needed i didn’t have enough because i calculated everything according to the sales stickers (and most of them were expired). i walked to check out and she was scanning my items, and while she was scanning i saw i didn’t have enough. i asked her if she wouldn’t mind voiding the things that i couldn’t afford and even apologized for the mistake on my end, and was met with attitude right away, and kept making rude comments about how i made her day worse than it already had started out to be at 10:45 a.m. when the manager came around to help with the voiding she asked him to take over my items, and the manager seemed more than willing and ready to help. i understand that some days are harder than others, especially for those working in retail, however how she was treating me was less like a customer and more like an annoying little brother or sister who kept asking stupid questions. i’m only giving two stars because of how polite the manager was about the situation.

Horrible service. MULTIPLE like 5 employees in the pharmacy area(behind the counter) and took them 27 minutes to answer my call. They answered as I was walking in the building. Little too late don’t ya think ? LOL When I walked to the pharmacy area there was only one person in front of me inline so I’m confused as to why a phone couldn’t be answered to answer my simple question , why I had to leave my house sick because they wouldn’t answer. From all other reviews this seems like a common problem. I’ll never have a send Anything of mine here again. Management should take care of this problem.
