I enjoy this store a lot, and the people who work here.nI my order didn't run as smoothly as it possibly could be, and it is my fault. I didn't update my Carters Profile Account for them to contact me.nnTim and Bree are fantastic and patient workers. I appreciate all the help that they have been with my package going all the way to WA.nnTim gave me a lot of needed information which helped tremendously. Bree helped me this morning with my tracking # and the details of the package. I am satisfied.nnThe store is clean, quite organized, tim is on top of his customer service game. I like the fact that I was present for an altercation. Tim and the other woman working along side took well care of the frustrated customer and did everything in their power to help her.nnI rarely leave 5 stars for my reviews.nnKeep up the good work you guys!
I would give them 0 stars for customer service if I can. Way beyond frustrating with finding your order if you do a curb-side pickup. Not buying from them again.

They did stand behind their products. Wish they were made in the USA but I mean what can ya do
I had no idea that this place existed! It's awesome! Everything in the store was 50% off, and some things were 60% off! And the sales lady was courteous and helpful but not overbearing! I bought 4 outfits for my granddaughter for $32!! I love this place!
