I dont know why this has so many bad reviews i loved going here and I thought the employee were helpful i liked it how it was so close to my old house and I could just walk it was right in my street and was like 5 min walk. Its sad I can't walk there anymore since I moved to hoover:(
Friendly service very clean and easy to find what you need
Salina is unprofessional, rude, and shows the exact opposite of what customer service should be. The fact that a person like her is a store manager is disgraceful, it shows how little Walgreens cares about professionalism. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location if at all possible, and if you have no choice, just avoid Salina.
They are very rude and unprofessional. They never greet you when answering calls. Barely pick up the phone.
They would be perfectly fine and well-stocked except every time I walk in there during this lockdown they have sick employees working, one working at the register one of the times I took a chance and walked in there, she was sitting there wiping her nose while continuously folding over the tissue and continuing to wipe her nose and then dealing with costumersnnNot to mention the next time I took a chance and went in there, I figured since nobody was in there really it was a good time to grab some stuff and lo and behold as I'm standing there looking at stuff one of their employees walks up right next to me and starts sneezing and coughing, I immediately put the item down left and cleans my hands.
