A very nice store didn't find nothing I wanted this time but I will visit again.
They seem to never open on time when i go .
This new location won’t last long (Hoover and 11 mile). The store manager and other employees are terrible and extremely rude. You won’t ever be greeted or asked if you need any assistance. The security guard follows women around as if everyone is a thief. These women are very messy and they exhibit the average behavior you would expect from people who are unhappy with the job and wages, but they truly can’t earn more. The two times I’ve been here I’ve witnessed them talk about customers in the dressing room or others who have left the store. Don’t you realize these people help you get a check?? Rainbow corporate needs to retrain their staff on proper customer service an not having “personal” conversations on the floor. I won’t spend another dime here. I’m sure it will close in a year or two. Visit Oakland Mall where the staff is a little more professional.
