I live in Battle Creek ( 2hour drive) most everything was able to be done over the phone. Working with Anthony Galisi was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, well organized. I have already recommended him and the dealership to family & friends. I decided to have running boards as an addition to my truck. Everyone was great and super friendly! I go there for the maintenance on my vehicles and decided to use you guys for getting my new lease and I was not disappointed! Great service from beginning to end! Brandon was amazing keeping in touch with me throughout the process and I loved how straight forwarded he was!!! I took my Sierra to Rinke GMC yesterday to have a tire pressure sensor replaced. They preformed this service quick and efficiently. While I was driving home I received a call from Mike, the service manager. He informed me that I dropped my wallet on the floor of the service area and that he would personally hold it until I returned. When I did return, Mike handed me my wallet with the cash and credit cards untouched. He and the worker that found it show an honesty that is all too rare in this world! I give them a BIG thumbs up!
