Work bank ever. Not just the branch but overall. Lack of customer service. Lack of professionalism. Was suppose to close the account in dec. Never did, charged me a monthly fee and now its over drawn. Won't fix their mistake. Never using them again. Use chime.
I have been with this bank for about 16 years before they became PNC. We wanted to refinance our mortgage we were never contacted by Steve. Wanted to open IRA account was told we have to make an appointment. They're weren't even busy. Went to Christian Financial around the corner didn't have any trouble. Didn't have to wait one month for someone else to call us back. Treat your customers right or they will go somewhere else. Customer service is terrible.

Don’t waste your time there....
Beware of your personal information being used. After closing account an hour later a loan application went through with my information with a guy I did not know as a cosigner. Supposedly, branch employee did not clear my information out before helping a customer apply for a loan. This just does not sit right with me. How does closing an account get to applying for a loan. Also, wouldn't the employee see my information before adding a co signer to the loan. How many other people has this happen too?
