Credit Union locations either closed, ATM don't work or bad customer service. I never had any of these problems with Motor City Credit Union. Employees sometimes act like u are not even a customer if u came from Motor City Credit Union in the merger with Christian Financial Credit Union. Have thought about changing credit unions if things don't get better.
I wish they never switch, the teller are rude and the service is terrible
Any time i call nobody answers EVER. I absolutely HATE that my credit union merged with christian financial. I have literally been on hold for 40 mins and nobody has answered the phone. Time for a new credit union.
I have been with them for over 4 years and they have yet to improve their on-line banking.It is even worse now.It is constantly down and I am un-able to check my balance,then it will lock me out of my acct.to no fault of my own for failed attempts when I'm doing everything right.I am about fed up.I will be changing banks very soon.Its to the point of ridiculous anymore.
Spoke with the call center about a perosnal loan to consolidate my credit cards into one. Gave me a good rate that bet everyone else’s. Walked into the facility without an appointment. Jillian was able to take care of us right then and there. She was even able to get us a great rate that hit very close to home with what the call center informed us though our credit was a little lower. Very excited about the situation we are in now. Thank you Christian financial.
