My mom and husband & I used this service for many years until one year after having our taxes completed, I tried several times to email/scan our taxes. After repeated attempts to contact them they said they never received them. When I finally talked with Kristen she was extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband and I left. My mom stayed until a couple years later while she was going through an extremely difficult time with her sister passing she called and tried to get help with the processing of her taxes and she couldn't get them to answer her phone so my mom had to take leagal action and then they decided to answer and it wasn't pretty. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!! SAVE YOUR $$ AND GO ELESWHERE!!
