Irene is very heartfelt and compassionate. She’s quick and knowledgeable with taxes and does not overcharge.

I tried making an appointment with Irene to get my taxes done due to so many people recommending her to me. When I called she was booked up which I totally understand, but the woman on the phone couldn’t have been more rude. She made me feel like I was a bother to her. With how busy Irene is she should have someone nicer answering her phones.
