We rented a storage unit from this company and waited a month for deposit to be returned. When we called we talked to Lesley who told us they have not heard from the owner of the storage unit and will reach out to him and call us back. She also informed us the storage unit has been rented out after us. We waited a week with no response. I called back and talked to Brogan who informed us that they still have not heard from the owner, i asked to speak to a manger and told that i couldn't. We were able to find the number and talk to the owner directly and he informed us as to why our refund was delayed. The owner was very nice, however our experience with the call center was not they were very unprofessional.
We have had 4 storage units there for a few years. Scott the owner is a friendly, accomodating, guy. The timer on the gate has been broken in the past, but Scott has taken action to make sure it is fixed, and that the facility has an accurate security system in place, so we can feel secure, in storing our possessions at his facility, and we appreciate that. A great storage facility! The website made everything easy and hassle free! The customer service was great! Would recommend to anyone!
Customer service is very kind and professional. The only downfall is the phone calls are based in California. Wondering if there is a main office still in the Tecumseh area, if I should want to speak with someone face to face...
