It's clean, quiet and well-organized.
Was a nice camp ground back in the late 50’s early 60’s . But people were kinder and more caring back then.nI,m sure things have changed and not for the better. So sad.
Overall nice state park. First time staying with our children at this location. Sites are nice. Neighbors very disrespectful with loud music up til 1am partying. No one monitoring the 11pm quiet time. Bathrooms out of toilet paper, bring your own roll. Looking for a peaceful relaxful weekend, unfortunately we didn't find it.
Great state park. Very nice fire rings asplalt pads to park on clean showers and a big dump station for multiple vehicles.
Me and my family came during the week and we were basically alone and it was awesome because we could do whatever. The showers and bathrooms definitely need a little more attention. There's not a lot to do besides the beach. The rangers are a little over-pushy about the rules and they're kinda jerks. We were alone on our street and barely had our radio playing and yet we got yelled at. The trails are good but there are bugs. Everywhere. It is hard to enjoy the trails because of the bugs.
