Haven’t signed a lease but first impression was terrible! Was given the wrong address and the main office is located on a different street. Called 4 times and got no answer. A man was walking out of the lot and gave me directions. I come to the office during normal business hours and they are closed until 10:30am! If I wasn’t desperate I would not sign the lease. They called me to sign electronically but never sent me the email. So far it is bad start

Edited: see bottomed update...nnThe staff for the most part is friendly, but when I first got my unit here they offered me a military discount as a veteran. I set it up with my bank to automatically send a check for the amount I owe every month. After a year the price increases, and I no longer got the discount. The price has increased again! Instead of dealing with the process of adjusting the amount with my bank every time they change the price, I just continued sending the original check and then trying to pay the remaining amount online. They don't like partial payments, they would rather me pay the full amount in one payment. Even though they had my check in their possession, they won't process the check to my account, so when I go online, because it wants the full payment, I was unable to make the payment for the remaining balance. So then I get a late fee. I wouldn't recommend this company. I have had larger storage units that are climate controlled, that allowed partial payments, and offered extensive military discounts for veterans, for half the price in California and Florida where the cost of living is stupid. The is no reason the price is this high, why I can't make my payment partial via check and partially online.nnUpdate... I was contacted about this post, and told that when they received my check they would accept the payment and then contact me and let me know to make the remaining balance online. That isn't the case. It'll just be easier for them to send the check back to me and have me pay the full amount online. I still don't understand why they can't just cash the check, then let me pay the remaining balance. You could pay rent bi-weekly or weekly even why can't i make multiple payments on my storage unit?

I called for a price and they needed all of my personal info and wouldn't tell me how much the units cost...thats not ok

The staff was just amazing always on top of everything! The unit stayed very dried and secure. I never had no issues with them. I was only supposed to be there for a few months and ended staying 10 months. My furniture is in great shape. Great location and right in front of the U Haul location.

Great prices. Largest units I could find in the area.nNot the nicest looking but my unit was always dry and secure.nThey also worked to get us in when our reservation was not properly set in the system. I would consider these guys for my storage needs in the future.
