Currently renting with them right now. Pristine facility and they make it so easy with a fleet of handcarts right by the door.
I tried to use the app to get a unit and it didnt work so I left an email about trying to get a unit to no avail after an hour. Within moments the owner called me to apologize and asked me what I needed, I explained what I needed asap, he said what time would you like to meet someone to get a unit. I made the time on a Sunday afternoon and was greeted warmly and saw the immaculate building and was more than pleased of the climate controlled facility with great security and confidence I selected a unit. No fuss or paperwork, created a security code, given keys and was on my way. I did the required paperwork with email as I was already out of town and would only be back for movers. I notified them of my leaving through email and on the day of the movers arriving, the movers were amazed and impressed by the facility and used their cars versus their own, these are national movers. I cant say anything but great praise for this facility and their staff. Thank you.
Don't normally do reviews, but I had a great experience working with Jonah. He was very helpful, and the facility was very clean and updated. Would highly recommend this place!
