As part of your rival competition (pizza ranch), I really appreciate you going above and beyond. After having to wait 20 minutes for my order, the 2 litter and the brownie were so awesome. That's what makes a good store fixing even a small mistake and making us feel valued! Great job!!!
I order my food they tell me 32-42 minutes it’s been an hour and still nothing. I try to call it rings until someone picks up and hangs the phone up and I call back they have now taken the phone off the hook. I have NEVER had a problem at this store until now and now I will NEVER be back. If employees can’t do their jobs correctly in a timely manner then they don’t deserve a job in my opinion. I am pretty sure you can find better suited people for the job it isn’t rocket science to make a pizza. Thanks Pizza Hut for showing me that you don’t want my service and you will not be getting it back. GO DOMINOS!!
This is a good example of the place and or people being the problem not the brand. when I came in after the initial 40 min wait they were about a half hour behind and said they were out of all breadsticks. Definitely won’t be returning to this specific Pizza Hut. When getting the order even the boxes were painted with tons of grease. Like I get it can seep through but this place needs to work heavily on its ordering and procedures.
My last post for this Pizza hut was over a year ago and I was still keep my rating about the same. Maybe a two and a half instead of a 3. To be honest the Little Caesars down the street on 28th and Clyde Park is way better this Pizza Hut, and that's coming from a family of Pizza Lovers. Sometimes with this Pizza Hut it's a hit or miss and the hit is only a 3 star.
Has great delivery, great service in all ways, and the drivers wear their mask 24/7. Great place to order from. 5 stars for me.
