Good food, good people, great experience.
I saw the advertisement for their rewards program stating that you would get a free sub after your first purchase. What was not clear was that if you did not purchase from a participating location, no rewards would be earned. I ordered twice from a store using the app wondering why no rewards were awarded. I called whom I thought was delivering the subs and discovered I was ordering from a different location near by who was not participating in the rewards program. This was not at all obvious and there was no indication when ordering from the app that they were not participating in the rewards program.nI asked the corporate rep I spoke with to make good on the rewards I thought I was earning and even offered to send my order confirmations as proof of my purchases. He informed me that there was no way for him to give me rewards that I didn't earn because the store I purchased from was not participating.nI've never dealt with a less helpful corporate representative. He made no attempt whatever to make right the situation and recommended that I just make another order, from a participating location. Had I known that when I was ordering from the app I would have done so from the beginning.nI will never purchase anything from Jimmy Johns again and I caution anyone who does. They do not respect their customers or the business given them.
So my wife went through the drive through and ordered a BLT sub and got bread and bacon, no mayo no lettuce and no tomatoes the manager told us that there was nothing that could be done when we called. Worst service I have ever recieved at a restaurant we even would have settled for returning the sub for money back but that was not an option. One place we will never be going back to.
