I ordered delivery about 2 hours ago and got dry wings when they were supposed to be garlic Parmesan. Called them to ask for them to be remade and Heidi answered and said they would be ready for me to pick up on my way to work at 5:45 knowing it was cutting my time close to leave and it’s now 6:05 and they’re not answering the phone. Horrible customer service and customer satisfaction.
I've been going here for almost 18 years. My most recent stop was a good one. There was an issue with my order and the manager immediately made it right. The pizza and service were both great.
Pick up service was great at this Pizza hut location. The young lady took our order and then brought our order out to us. She worked two positions, I thought that was fantastic.
Person on the phone kept saying hang on x3 then never came back
Good pizza just needs more cheese.
