Vicki was great! Took my almost 3 year old to get his hair cut tonight, and it was such a positive experience! She did a great job, and made it fun for him too. I will definitely be coming back!!

I brought my mom here 2 weeks ago for a wash and cut. She told the stylist what she wanted, when we left she wasn't really satisfied. Apparently her stylist was new(1st week)and he should have had another stylist look over his work. My mom said that it's finally growing out enough to not look weird. Don't get me wrong, they're very friendly and caring and they're clean, so I'll be taking her there one more time before we make a decision. I'm making a correction to my review,it was the Alpine supercuts, NOT this store.

Went in about a month ago to get a haircut. try to explain to the lady on the phone that I was very picky about the style of my hair and I was coming from out of town and she told me that she would have the manager cut it for me. I get there somebody else had totally cut my hair not realizing it wasn't the manager, that was suppose to be cutting my hair.. She said the manager had gone home. the girl that cut my hair, did not know how to cut my hair the way it was supposed to be. and she even admitted that she made a mistake on one side of my head the way that she cut it and she still charged me full price. I wasn't going to put up a fuss. I end up paying for it, but just so you know.. I was very unhappy, I had to go to a differents hair salon to have them fix my hair the way it was supposed to be the first time. . so altogether I end up paying fifty bucks for a haircut that should have been done the right way from the beginning. I will not be going back. If I could rate this I would not give it any stars.
