Best pizza around and “was” the only pizza place that delivered to us. Been getting their pizza delivered for years. Even with newer pizza places that were closer we stuck with Galaxy Pizza. Their pizza is wonderful and the delivery guys were awesome... (we tip really well as it’s worth it for them to deliver to us)nToday I called to order pizza and was told we are not in their delivery area.. .. ok I get that but the rudeness?? I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! The food is delicious. The people are always helpful, friendly, and have outstanding customer service. I order once a month and if there is ever an issue, we’re all human, they go out of their way to make it right. I have never had a bad experience with them and know that I never will! Tonight I placed an order for delivery and paid for it over the phone. Usually I don't have any problems but lately its been little things that keep being missed. I didn't think anything of the amount but also expected a receipt. So I took a nsp while waiting for it. By time I was able to check everything out I had no receipt, an extra item I didn't order, missing a sauce in another order, had a sub made wrong, and to top everything off no way to leave even a message for them after hours. Instead I have to wait until Tuesday cause they are closed on Monday. So I could possibly be overcharged and can't even see. Not their best work!
