I recently moved and just wanted to say thank you for respecting your members and making it easy to cancel a membership. I've been to other gyms that made you jump through hoops and talk to a couple people who aggressively tried to retain you. Not here though, your staff was friendly, understanding, and respectful. I sincerely appreciate it.

Employees are nice but the organization itself is designed to make it as inconvenient to cancel as possible. You can sign up online, but can't cancel online or even by phone. There's literally no reason for this. Who in the world would pretend to be you just to cancel your gym membership?nAlso, if you don't cancel at least week before you get charged, you'll be charged anyway. Literally no other place does this. You can cancel any other subscription, like Netflix, the day of and get refunded/not charged. No reason they can't, except they're hoping you forget to cancel and they get to keep your money without you even using their gym, which has way too many subscribers to even fit everyone if people actually used their subscription. Sorry/not sorry for the rant, but social distancing has been so boring ud83dude02nnEdit in response to reply: Yes I'm aware you can cancel in person and by certified mail. Doesn't change the fact it's super inconvenient for no reason. Why is signing up so much easier? You can do that totally online. Why can't we cancel online or by phone?

This particular location is very clean up-to-date and has friendly staff. Safety precautions are measured at all times and the tanning beds are great! The equipment is kept up And they always have supplies. This overall is an A+ location! Thank you

Clean Facility with great upkeep. A little busy at peak times but that's due to the quality and varied equipment options
