Very good bank and great customer service. I got an overdraft because for some reason PayPal withdraw the money from my saving rather than my checking and they refunded the overdraft fee after I explained what was going on. Also the 3% APR is great, there is not a lot of bank that is willing to give you that.
I have been a member for over 20 years and the way they protect my account is amazing. They have always been there to help me with everything I need. Recommend highly
When I walk into Compass credit Union I'm always greeted with a very warm welcome. My experience is with Amber who is always smiling .Knows me my name. She is excellent at her job. With Amber you can tell it's more than just a job. She truly cares for her patrons.
