Bought a shirt for my wife for Christmas. She liked the shirt and intended to wear it. Took the tags off. Upon admiring herself in the mirror she realized the shirt was actually manufactured wrong. We went to the store to do an exchange and they didnt carry the shirt anymore. And that's when they revealed that they will not give money back on any returns nor would they return the shirt because the tags were taken off. I can't believe a store still operates with primitive return policies like this. The shirt was clearly defective and the front desk employees were cold and uncaring. Very disappointing experience.

They have horrible service & cheap clothes. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for them to refund my money, and no one has contacted me, or responded to my email. The store does not do refunds or exchanges, and they charge a restocking fee.They do not even deserve half a star.

I always think twice before posting negative reviews because I know how damaging they can be. Honestly, I almost never write bad reviews. This store though has seriously gone DOWN HILL since reopening. First of all, the credit card system is a pain. They have to enter the cards into the computer and into a machine. Least simple process. Grand reopening day- went in shortly after open. Not greeted when I walked in had to search for someone for the fitting rooms, cashier had 8 people in line. When another girl hopped on she was told that we were all together anyway so we could just wait. It was 8 individual transactions. Girl didn’t acknowledge me paying until she told me to read their policies. Ok whatever. Day 1 they’re just stressed. Second time returning- just as bad. 3rd time I went to be there at open. 40 minutes after they were supposed to open the first person finally showed up. Again not greeted. Had to hunt for someone for the fitting room. Zero eye contact from the 4 associates working. They all were dressed like complete slobs and were not friendly whatsoever.nBring back the old staff because I’ve never seen a more terrible retail staff.
