I called the day before asking if they had a charm for my wife's birthday gift. They told me 8 were in stock. The next day went in and they had 0 in stock. The ladies working looked in the system and it said 8 in stock. The women I spoke with the day before never verified the inventory. I would never purchase anything from this location ever again.nnWaste of time and was given nothing for my troubles after walking through the mall with my 3 month old son.nnDISAPPOINTED!!
Jayden was our customer service representative and she was extremely rude and rushed us out of the store.
Website says they open at 11, but the store really opened at 12. There is nothing worse than wasted time.
The selection is great, but some prices don't seem so reasonable.
Brisa was super helpful and very friendly! Now shes the example of best sales associate!
