Over priced for what the product is. Most of the staff are stuffy and standoffish. The manager ( at least I assume they were) made up for the rest of them with a wonderful helpful attitude.
Shopping with my daughter. Don't think I've ever met such rude salespeople. No wonder most of the locations have closed.nnClothes are cute, but overpriced.
Today we got to the mall from Holland and I realized I didn't have my ID. Alejandra was SO great! Even though she couldn't ring us up, she could see that my daughter loves what she had found there, so she helped us order it online! I was so embarrassed that I couldn't pay without my ID, but Ale solved our problem. We have to wait a few days for it to arrive, BUT my daughter is so happy! Thanks for going the extra mile, Ale.
First time in this store. Decided to purchase two pairs of jeans for their buy one get one 50% off sale. Each jeans were priced at 29.95 and I walked out paying 68.92. When I called to ask about it, she continued to cut me off trying to tell me that some of their pants are 49. I get it but these were both tagged at 29.95..... I would have been more understanding if this young girl used a little respect when speaking to a customer. She needs to be taught that it's not okay to cut off and prevent the customer from talking. Returning my jeans tomorrow. I'll never shop there again.
Love this place!!! I would love to always be modeling their selections and build my entire wardrobe around their products. I am a very happy customer and my clothes still look great!
