Sales people didn't even ask if I needed help at least 2 different people heard me asking for help finding a bra that fit yet still NEVER said a word. Then at check out that associate asked if someone helped me and I said no and sadly because this was my first time trying this store ever. She didn't say sorry or is there something I can help you with she said nothing at all. I don't think I would ever spend another dime in that store Lane Bryant so much better with friendlessness and very helpful. This place looks like they hate there jobs and go out of the their way to be rude.
We love this shop. The ladies are courteous, polite and very helpful to find what you're looking for. They even directed us to a place that had what we were looking for. So, you bigger girls come try this store out! It's amazing

I went to Torrid with my friend Barb. The sales people were very helpful. The only negative about my shopping experience was there wasn't clothes stocked in her size.
