First let me say that I have been a life long customer of Kohl's but they lost me when they reported a late payment to the credit bureau that wasnt late but that they had misplaced. After 2 months of emailing they realized their mistake and contacted Experian to report the payment as on time but by then it had already dropped my score 22 points. So they lost a 20 yr client. I went to Macy's in Grandville Sat because I needed some sunglasses and they have a Sun Glass Hut on the lower level. When I approached one of the cases to look at the sunglasses some guy that worked there came over to me and said very rudely....Hey BUB!! I can only have 3 people here at a time so you have to leave, oh and don't come back until you pull your mask up over your nose. No....Excuse me Sir but I can only have 3 clients in here at a time and I have 3 here now. Could you please wait till I finish with one of them? It shouldn't be too much longer. Instead he called a guest BUB! As far as the mask just under my nose well I have COPD which makes breathing through a mask somewhat difficult at times. Plus I had Covid in January and I have already received both rounds of the vaccine but that still doesn't excuse his rudeness. You get one chance to make a great impression and Macy's dropped the ball with this one. Wont be spending my money here either.
