Wow, the women here are so rude! I love the clothing but almost walked out during my shopping experience because of the way I was treated. They need to undergo some serious customer training

Nice selection and good sales
They tricked my wife into a sale price (which she paid cash for) and then they opened a charge account for $40 without her approval. Now their charges and fees are over $200 and they call every other day. We have disputed the original charge but they won't listen and they keep calling and insisting we owe them the entire amount. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have even offered to pay the original $40 (which we don't owe them) and they won't take it and won't release the entire balance. AWEFUL. We will tell everyone we know NOT to shop there.nnSo sad. So frustrating.
The women working here are so rude, and sadly it’s the same situation at the Breton Village store!
