I brought, with me, my special needs sister and she was treated with respect and he helped her understand that her 3 month old shoes may not be the problem. I sat several feet away and let him handle it. He did fabulous!
I have really flat feet so my foot and ankle specialist advised new balance shoes years ago but sometimes the shoes are not very cute but I found some cute, supportive and comfortable shoes this time.
Wanted an on sale pair of walking shoes. After I described my need the staff person sold me a pair of $95.00 shoes. This was less than a year ago and now the walking shoes have broke down so my legs and feet hurt after walking just 30-minutes. These people are salespeople and order takers; they do not understand the mechanics of the leg, hips, knees, and feet. I would have done better buying a pair at Target.
Do to virus. There big tent sale has been canceled. But having weekly sales. On different models .
I found a great pair of running shoes, they are so comfortable! The young man who helped me was great, he went above and beyond to be helpful!
