After years of having our RVs serviced at the “Big box store” and not being thrilled, I went in search of someplace new. I chose Rivertown RV based on the reviews. They did not disappoint so I am adding my 5 star review to their list of many. They responded quickly to my inquiry on line. They got me in for service and had no problem when we requested additional service that morning. Everything was done quickly at a fair price! Thank you Rivertown, we will be back!!

The furnace in our trailer stopped working last night. I completed an online service request and they came out the next morning and fixed the issue. Very happy with their service and response time!
Nothing but good things to say about Justin and his team. They did a full revamp on the front of our truck camper. Sent lots of pictures throughout the whole process. Went to pick it up and realized how above and beyond they really went. They fixed things that I didn’t even realize were broken. Our camper is stronger and better than ever before.
I called about my trailer’s refrigerator not working. They gave me some suggestions over the phone to try. Unfortunately, none of them worked. Justin and his partner made time, in there already very busy schedules, to come out and look at it that day because I had no way to pull it to them. In addition, they knew I had arranged for someone to pull my trailer to its site the next day and wanted to help diagnose the problem. They were quick to trouble shoot and eliminate any problems in a very systematic process. In doing so, they were able to determine the issue and fix my refrigerator in a matter of a half an hour! I am very grateful for their empathy and generosity. Not to mention their professionalism and knowledge.
