I was a somewhat of a recent and previous employee and Alexis (the owner) still owes me money for hotel rooms I had to rent while I was on one of his trips to Texas which at the time I wasn’t even on his payroll! In total he owes me close to $200 not to mention the many other previous employees he owes money to because he’s very unorganized and don’t take note to his obligations as an Employer (such as pay outs)!nAfter he tried to get me to work driving back and forth to Chicago and Detroit during the Ploar Vortex (1/25-1/28) and I said I wasn’t risking my life to drive to Chicago or Detroit when I have 4 kids who need me he got upset and said “I think you just don’t know how to drive in the snow” mind you there was pileups on every highway in Michigan going and coming from both Chicago and Detroit!! After I told him that I wanted to respectfully decline his employment opportunity this man had the audacity to call me “lazy” and said some other hurtful things that no employer should say to a potential employee wether they chose to take ur job offer or not! And then had the nerve to block me from his phone and all social media so I now have no way to get a hold of him!nAll together this transportation service is not very professional at all! He’s ok with transporting illegal immigrants and he’s aware! He says “if u get stopped by border control just let them take the people but make sure you get ur money before they (ICE) take em”! What type of person is that!? Smh either way I give it a 1 star for how he treats his employees and how he’s operating and illegal immigrant transportation operation! It’s one thing to be a deserving hard working person and another thing to be an unprofessional, over stepping and scheming individual running a wanna be company!
