Car City

Mitchell and Jordan were great. They got us a great deal on a new car with warranty. It was a great experience, they had fresh coffee and a play area for our son to play. The place was clean and they answered all the questions that we had. My husbands credit has increased a lot with dealing with car city. This is his second car and we love everything about car city. Great people and great customer service. Jordan helped me again with a truck purchase and they were all great as usual. He also sent me to LA Insurance and i found out it’s a better deal than my current insurance. Had a great experience!

Had my car for a year. Only had one real problem with it. Warranty doesn’t cover much so honestly don’t waste your money.nThe leasing office is about as fraudulent as you can get. They approve anyone which is why I went here. But it doesn’t actually report to any creditors. Which in retrospect they only half claimed that it would help improve your credit. Which is extremely disappointing. I hear they will shut your car down real quick if you don’t pay... I have always made my payments on time though.nThe day I bought my car they asked to write a review and give a five star rating which is why I am editing the review now. It doesn’t have the whole pushy sales person vibe. They know your going to get a car and they know car city is probably your last option.nFor what it is I have had an ok experience. My car runs. I haven’t had too many problems. Wish that I could change some of the lease like the warranty to save some money each month because it’s literally good for nothing, and I will go to the mechanic that I always have through the duration.nI would honestly say it is what it is. It’s not great and if you can avoid using car city avoid it like the plague. If you have to use them like I did. Just make sure you bring a mechanic too look at the car . Know exactly what you are getting into. And don’t just buy the first one they show you. Test drive them for a decent period of time and make a well thought out decision and you should be fine.

Clean cars, very helpful sales staff, very quick.nnUpdate (may 2020) just traded in the chrystler I bought from them in 2016. Mike and Mitchell were awesome. Got me the exact truck I picked out. Had paperwork mostly done when I got there. Truck was immaculate, everything I wanted. Nothing down and they even gave me a gas card. 10 stars guys. Thanks for making it enjoyable.

I went because of the awesome reviews. It's not what I expected and I didn't get a car. I had other issues not from them but this is a lease type program and will cost a lot of money and to get the 6 month 6000 mile warranty try advertise is extra cost. I have horrible credit and no car and came very close but now I am glad I didn't. It will be 4 years of extremely high payments full coverage insurance on cars around 10 years old. Also you are completely on your own picking the cars.
