(for service department) I had an emergency electrical issue on a Saturday in my older Ranger and on impulse, chose to hit Borgman's service. Super friendly, very helpful and was able to get my truck in quickly. The part was in stock and someone could work on it. Was only there for a couple hours but it was time well spent.

I would highly recommend Brandon (pre-owned salesman) to help find your next vehicle. By far, this was the best sales experience. Brandon, exemplified what customer service should be. Low pressure, knowledgeable, went beyond final sale to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He also made sure the vehicle we purchased was right for us and did not sway us to something just for the sale. The only difficult part was waiting in line for him. He always had a customer. In my book, that's a good problem to have.

Negatives: Shoddy body work and lies. I was told initially the front bumper was fully replaced. Only after I bought the car was I told it was the original bumper that they fixed up. It is loose and is holding from the work they did, but its going to have to be replaced and that is $800 out of my pocket.nnPositives: Friendly Staff. Sales aren't aggressive in their selling techniques. They drove a fair distance to meet me halfway to sell me the car. The car I bought drives well with no mechanical issues so far.nnI also asked if anything was wrong with the car and they said everything worked, but the blindspot camera doesn't function and that will also be about a $500 replacement.nnSummary: The people are pleasant to work with, but be extremely diligent in checking out the body and functionality of the car because they will straight up just lie to sell you the car.

I highly recommend working with Borgman Ford Mazda and ask for Skip! He was not pushy but rather knowledgeable, helpful and a great communicator. The day we purchased the vehicle we were out in less than an hour.

It was decent. Very nice sales staff. Billy is his namo. We bought a nice used car. The process was painless and pleasant. Overall a 4 star experience. 5 stars is nearly impossible to achieve from me.
