Honestly a great place to workout at. Never had any issues here but the parking lot gets kind of dark at night. I’ve walked a couple women to their car some nights.

Just joined not that long ago. I love working out when there's not a lot of people due to covid and anxiety issues. I go at least 5 days a week. The staff has been really helpful as well. My biggest concern is that wearing a mask is required to enter and walk around but if you are on a machine you can take it off. The problem with that is NO ONE WALKS AROUND WITH THEIR MASKS ON! Maybe it's too much of a problem for staff to say anything, or maybe they don't want to deal with confrontation. What ever the reason is, it makes me very very uncomfortable.nnI will be on a treadmill and people walking right behind me with no mask on. Tonight there was barely anyone there and someone wanted to get on the treadmill beside me and let off a cough. I had my mask off thinking I would be well isolated but that was a very odd thing and this person continued walking around with no mask. They either need to enforce the rule better or change it to where you have to leave a mask on. I get when you go out you take a risk getting sick but if I get covid the odds are I'm going to get it at the planet fitness in shepherdsville.
Great atmosphere with everything you need to get your workout. Also they're not psychotic about the masks.
Clean, Solid Equipment. Friendly Staff. Working out in a mask is not my favorite.
