Nice place to have the littles get all of the excess energy out. Plenty of safe, well-maintained playground equipment installed over either a rubber cushioned surface or wood mulch. The perimeter is enclosed with a 4ft tall narrow-rung steel fence with a single ingress/egress on the parking lot side of the park. Pretty good line-of-sight throughout most of the park, with the exception an earthen mound ramp to the main structure, which hides much of the east fence line.
It is a big park with lots of space for kids and lots of various climbers for kids to exercise their muscles and explore. The kids I nanny for love coming here! They always meet new friends here and enjoy being outside in the fresh air.
Great addition to the area. Lots of loving families and their children playing nicely. Reassuring the hospital is right across the parking lot just in case LOL
Favorite park. Built by union workers. Funded by multiple organizations.nFenced in. At the time of this review the bathrooms aren't open. One large pick nick table at this time.
Lots of play equipment for ages 2+, but my 1 year old had fun too with assistance on swing and slides. Rubber material under equipment to protect kiddos if they fall. Clean and safe.
