Opened a Business bank account with Lucas. The needs of my request extended to discussions of secured and unsecured business loans. The length of the visit fell below 2 hours. However, Lucas was intently answered all my questions, took notes, and followed up with actionable steps following our meeting and creation of the account. Very Impressed.

I frequent this branch because of Andrew and Morgan, but have enjoyed PNC in general for years. PNC in general is a Bank brand that is better than any others I have experienced. Their teams are responsive to my business and personal needs. Their processes are quick, turn around times are low, and their offerings are modern and simplistic.nnI sat with Andrew and Morgan who showed me options to put me in a better position financially in my business and professionally. I was relatively high maintenance and they continued to put my needs first. It paid to spend a little time with them to truly understand all of my options.

I love working with the staff at this PNC branch! They are always professional and easy to work with. The staff members strive to get to know their banking customers, and when I walk in, they greet me by name.

Worst bank I have ever done business with. They have rules no other bank has. They wouldn't take a payment from my husband because he wasn't on the loan. Also when I sold the vehicle EVERYONE present has to have an ID whether they are involved in the transaction or not, even if their name is not on loan. My husband had to go back home to get his ID so I could pay off the loan with CASH! Andrew Plantenga at the 2905 Wilson Ave branch absolutely sucks as a manager...threatened to cancel the transaction even after my husband went all the way home. Apparently they really don't care if they get their money or not. VERY RUDE bank! Avoid this bank if possible. You are automatically considered a criminal at this bank NOT a valued customer who is paying their loan off EARLY!
