Worst service at any bank I have ever been to by far. It's within walking distance but I'd rather drive 2 miles. I don't understand how people like this end up in customer service. Wilson & 44th is a much better 5/3 bank
Went to get a paper notarized and the lady that helped us, Julie was quite rude. I have a disabled father than can't even speak or write anymore and and I brought my mom who has the POA and didn't quite understand what needed to be filled out or done. I am the daughter and attended to help my mother and the lady seem rushed and annoyed.nAnd for the recorded, there wasn't 1 customer in the whole bank other than us.nShe tossed the paper at us and said just fill out your part and I'll sign. Very abrupt and short with my mom who was trying to be nice making small conversation and she just signed and left before any of us stood up.nWon't be going to this location again that's for sure.
I cant get ahold of a real person!!! Very un helpful. I cant remember my account number and I cant get to an actual person and there is no option for if you don't know the account number. HORRIBLE!!
