I have had my taxes done several times in several different places in my life this Integrity was BY FAR the worst service I’ve ever experienced!! When you trust some one with all you’re personal financial information abd then you can’t even communicate with them it’s a very very poor feeling!! Of course they blame it all on covid restrictions but with technology we have today that’s inexcusable !! I will never recommend this place Ever!!!

Integrity has been doing our taxes for years. We have used people at two locations based on where we were living at the time. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about self employment and all deductions that can be taken. I recommend using integrity tax group.

Mary Pondell has been doing our taxes for years now and we always enjoy visiting her. She and her staff are very professional. Most years, It seems like I have a couple of questions after we submit taxes, things like late forms that come in the mail, IRA questions, and so on. Mary will always respond to an email and answer any questions. It’s nice to know that someone who knows what they’re doing has got your back and is always there for you. That’s awesome customer service, highly recommended!

We've been getting our taxes done with Integrity Tax Group for years because they are always very nice and found errors with our taxes when we went to H&R Block. We continue to use them because we are confident in their service as well as knowing they will back us up if we get audited. Thanks Integrity Tax Group!!

Integrity tax group is my go to for year end taxes. Being self employed it’s always a battle keeping up with current tax codes and Integrity has been amazing at keeping me up to date and answering any questions I have throughout the year. Highly recommend working with Brenda if your a new small business and confused about how to keep track of taxes throughout the year.
