Ken is a nice person but not a competent CPA. Simple things like estimating tax and withholding seem to be elusive to him. We end up having to pay giant sums each year. Basic tax tools online worked better for our household!

My experience with Kraker was as unprofessional as it can get. Mr. Kraker during our taxes was very arrogant to fact that he made it seem like my questions were ignorant and to trust that he knows what he is doing. After the terrible experience I returned to H&R Block where I have always experienced great customer service with a great tax return. Mr. Kraker showed terrible customer service when all I requested was a copy of my invoice. He pretty much said it was not worth his time. I hope this review does justice to the fact there are plenty of CPAs in the area who will treat you a lot kinder and as a customer.
