First time customer :) Dzula is so personable and welcoming! We did highlights and they actually turned out lighter than I had expected. I told her I would try them out and see if I got used to the color. I contacted her a couple days later to see if we could darken them and she got me right in to fix the color free of charge. She truly wants you to be happy with your service and goes above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back!
